BFL Collection by Colorista

For the BFL Collection, Genevieve gives herself a different theme each year. For 2019, it was the work of the great David Bowie that inspired the colours of this symphony of colours.

This wool comes from a breed of sheep called Blue Faced Leicester (BFL) bred mainly in the UK. It is known for its softness, draping and durability. It takes the dye beautifully and is ideal for bringing out the texture of the knitting stitches. With the addition of nylon (20%), the clothes and accessories made with this fiber will truly be collector's items that you will cherish for a long time!

As with all hand-dyed wool, we recommend that you buy enough wool to complete your work. It is also suggested that they be alternated by the two rows to achieve a more uniform result.
